The new season has got off once again to a great start with the success of our Junior teams in the UCD debating competition. Coleen Wells and Cillian Conyngham have won both their debates to date and Cathal Kelly and Joanna Hartnett have also scored well.
The 11th class Concern team, captained by Aine Fellenz with Aine Byrne, Daria Frolova, Isabel Clissmann, Elizabeth Murphy, Emer Clissmann and Paula Garcia won their first debate last night against Colaiste Eanna. Clodagh Scott and James Wyatt have also done well in the Senior UCD competition and James is now through to the third round.
