Come and join us for some festive family fun at this year’s Christmas Bazaar in St. Kilian’s German School in Clonskeagh, Dublin 14. There will be German food & crafts, gifts, books, decorations, second hand clothes, wreaths, story telling, Santa’s grotto, face painting and much more.
It is you – the students, parents and friends of St. Kilian’s – that bring this wonderful event to life every year. The Bazaar has been running for many years and is a hugely popular popular event for the school, the local community and past pupils. It is a very valuable source of additional funding for our school. To make the Christmas Bazaar a success yet again, we would very much appreciate your help with the following:
Take a table
Do you or a friend make crafts/gifts which you would like to sell at the Christmas Bazaar? Well, you can! Its costs €100 for a large table and just €50 for a small table or sharing a large table. Limited number available so don’t delay. Book now by emailing kiliansbazaar@gmail.com.
Declutter & Donate
We would kindly ask you to donate second-hand clothes, books and toys. These could find a new home and raise money for the school at the same time. However, from past experience, we would like to ask you to ensure that all items are in very good condition. Please no electrical items, no soiled or damaged items, no underwear, no VHS tapes, CDs or DVDs. The storage container will be set up after the midterm break, so you can bring in donations daily from 8.15am to 9.00am from 7 November.
Prizes for the tombola
We would also appreciate donations of gifts for our tombola stall, for example: wine, gourmet foods, perfume etc. Donated prizes should always be new and unopened. Please contact us if you have items or know a business/company who may wish to donate a prize. If you would like to volunteer to visit local businesses and help raise prizes for the tombola, we would be grateful if you would send us an email (kiliansbazaar@gmail.com).
We would be very much obliged if you could support us in any way possible and we look forward to seeing you all at the Bazaar.
