In November a group of secondary school students carried out a gum litter campaign at Dundrum shopping centre. The students were extremely enthusiastic and did an excellent job of talking to people and raising awareness about the issue of gum litter. Students issued green pens and gum litter wrappers to shoppers and created quite a stir on an early Thursday morning in the centre.
