Congratulations to Arinola Adigun, 8th class, who received the Herald Sports Award for her outstanding performance in schools’ soccer during the school year 2017/18. She was instrumental in our U19 Girls’ team’s successful season and their win in the provincial final.
Arinola was one of only 24 students from schools from all over Ireland who featured as Star of the Week in The Herald’s sports section during the season 2017/18. The awards were presented to the students at a ceremony in the Aviva Stadium on 9th May 2018.
A well-deserved prize for Arinola’s fantastic achievements throughout the school year. A big thank you goes to her soccer coach Eoin Clarkin for all his support.
