Congratulations to former 6A class students who won the 2024 FÍS Film Award for ‘Best Script’ at the 19th National FÍS Awards Ceremony at the Helix DCU today. While in 6th class, the children took part in the 2024 FÍS Film competition and their entry ‘The Story of Saint Martin’, written, acted in and directed by themselves, received multiple nominations for a National Award. The award is a testament to their creativity and hard work, and a fantastic achievement for the children and their former class teacher Mrs Bowen who supported them throughout the project! Congratulations and well done to all! Also, a big shout out to Elsa and Angelo who did the acceptance speech and represented St. Kilian’s brilliantly at a spectacular show hosted by Sinéad Kennedy in the Helix.
