Congratulations to the Senior Debating team who won their first round debate in the Concern competition. They successfully carried the motion that the people of the developed world are responsible for poverty in the developing world. Well done to Lucas Hallen, Mary O’Toole and Una Connolly on their debating debut and to Diane Maguire, one of last year’s quarter finalists in the competition!
