Following the visit of Philipp Lahm and Oliver Bierhoff to St Kilians on the day of the recent World Cup qualifying fixture at the Aviva Stadium between Ireland and Germany, Philipp Lahm kindly signed an original Euro 2012 football with a view to it being raffled at the school’s forthcoming Christmas Bazaar. Tickets for the raffle will be on sale in the school this morning and will be available for purchase at the Bazaar from it’s opening time of midday. The raffle will be held towards the end of the Bazaar, at 3-30pm approximately. Tickets will cost 2 Euro, with a discounted offer of three tickets for 5 Euro.
The attached photo of the football is part of a poster campaign during the week. All the classes were visited late last week to display the football to students. Now it’s a case of waiting to see how many tickets we sell !
