Best Speaker in Public Speaking National final

Congratulations to Emer Clissmann of Transition Year who was awarded Best Speaker in her role as Voter of Thanks in The BPW Public Speaking National final in Galway on Saturday. Ably supported by class-mates Isabel Clissmann and Hannah Cogan the team gave an excellent performance as the St. Kilian’s Educational and Philosophical society examining the difference between training and real education. The girls were highly commended and Emer was presented with a lovely piece of Newbridge jewellery.
