Another win for the Concern Debating team: Lukas Hallen, Mary O’Toole, Diane Maguire, Una Connolly and Sara McQuaid, of 11th class defeated Colaiste Eanna by successfully proposing that the United Nations should belong on the scrap heap of history. Well Done! It was good to see members of the Transition Year in the audience; they will have the opportunity to get involved in the competition next year. Thanks to Mr Callan for chairing the competition and to Niamh Sauter- Cooke, our time-keeper for the evening.
