On 24th October seven students from 11th class participated in the annual Rotary Young Leaders’ competition: Molly Flynn, Hugo Warner, Catey Clarkson, William Worrall, Comhall Fanning, Norbert Rebow and Kate Chambers.
The competition is aimed at finding young people with clear leadership potential. All students were interviewed by the judges who visited our school. Normally one student is chosen but this proved very difficult. In the end it was decided to nominate 3 of our students to go forward and compete in the next round which involves students from other Dublin schools. Interviews will take place in the Rotary meeting rooms in St Stephen’s Green club on November 13th. We wish the three: Molly, Catey and Kate the best of luck in the competition. All seven students were selected as ambassadors for our school and were highly commended.
