Congratulations to this year’s ECO- UNESCO Young Environmentalists Group from Transition year: Catey Clarkson, Leah Cullen, Anna Heisterkamp, Katie Mullen and Brian Reynolds.They have been short-listed for the Young Environmentalists Awards which take place in the Mansion House on the 22nd May. Their project involved the production of a thought provoking, awareness raising environmental short film.
The film was shown in a series of workshops carried out with primary students and was extremely effective in drawing attention to the issues of climate change and global warming.
