Dear Parents,
As part of the School’s Self Evaluation process we are asking parents to complete a questionnaire which will inform the School Improvement Plan, towards 2016. Because the 8th and 11th class parents have already completed a questionnaire for the recent Whole School Inspection, this current survey is addressed to the parents of 7th, 9th, 10th and 12th classes only.
If you have a child or children in any of the relevant classes you will have received an email with a personalised link to the questionnaire.
I would like to invite you to take 5 minutes to complete the survey. All submitted questionnaires are anonymous. This is an opportunity for parents to contribute to the quality management system in the school. Upon analysis the school will inform parents of the areas they have identified for improvement.
To ensure your input is registered please complete and submit the survey before Sunday 19th May. Please answer the survey yourself and do not forward the link to others.
