On Friday, 23rd May, the Goethe-Institute Dublin invited children’s book author Kirsten Reinhardt from Berlin to read aloud to 3rd – 5th class St. Kilian’s Primary students in the subject German mother tongue. Her book „Fennymores Reise oder Wie man Dackel im Salzmantelteig macht“ was awarded with the Oldenburg Child and Youth Book Prize. The children listened attentively, and when she was finished, they had many questions for her.
