We had a wonderful time at the second “Kilian’s” short-film festival which was held on Wednesday, 6th May 2015, in UCD Cinema. This year there was a diverse selection of films shown at the Festival: the winning films from the Nordeuropafilmt festival, previous winning films from the Up and Coming festival and at the centre of this year’s programme: the premiere of a diverse selection of short films made by our own talented, aspiring young filmmakers here at St. Kilian’s. A great team of helpers from Transition Year ensured the event ran smoothly and that everyone had a very enjoyable and entertaining day out at the movies!
Check out the winners of this years Kilian’s Film festival competition below. This year’s films had to be less than five minutes and the topic was “Life”. We hope to see some of these winners participate in the Up and Coming film festival in Hannover next November 2015.
Congratulations to all! Well done!
