I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire St. Kilian’s community for your support and commitment to the work of the school during the last calendar year.
I would particularly like to acknowledge the support of all parents who give of their time, in big ways and small, to support the school through the myriad of activities they organise during any given year. I believe your input makes a significant contribution to the vibrant character and atmosphere of our school. Thank you!
The Transition Year charity team is always very engaged at this time of year to raise funds for many charitable causes. The donations from students, parents and staff are hugely appreciated and will provide much needed support for families who are struggling this Christmas.
We have had a very busy first term during which we had another wonderful St. Martins celebration presented by Primary School and Kindergarten pupils. I am also very happy to communicate that the school’s application to introduce the Sek1 Curriculum and exams has been confirmed by the German Authorities. This is a great milestone in the history of the school and I would like to thank all staff, parents and students for their support in putting together our application and setting up the school structures to facilitate its introduction.
I wish you and your families a very happy and peaceful Christmas and every good wish for 2016.
Schöne Weihnachten, Happy Christmas, Nollaig Shona.
