The famous Storyteller Eddie Lenihan, one of the last genuine Irish Shanchai’s came to visit us here in St. Kilian’s on Thursday, 7th May 2015. Eddie went to extraordinary length to travel from the West of Ireland to St. Kilian’s. He came by public bus from Clare to introduce the Transition Year students in the art of storytelling. 50 students were engrossed in his stories about fairies, weasels and other creatures.
A pity that time flew by so fast!
