On 17th May 2016 we held our Sports Awards Evening which is an event that was introduced last year to acknowledge and honour all the time and effort our students invest into sports every year.
A special congratulations to Elizabeth Murphy (12th class) who did not only win three of our hockey prizes on the evening (see below) but she also found out just a day beforehand that she had been selected for the Irish U18 hockey team! She will be playing in the EuroHockey U18 Youth Championships 2016 in Cork during the summer. A detailed report on the 2015-16 hockey season is available in Tom Parson’s hockey report.
Pictures of the event are available in our gallery.
