Our U13 boys had a great win over Kings Hospital in the cup with a winning score of 3-1.
When you consider that Captain Jake Nourse, Ben McTiernan, Mark Donovan, Michael Brennan and sweeper Rod Macauliff had all played the full semi-final game for our minor boys, this was a brilliant effort by the boys. Hugh Harnett got the first from a bullet of a shot by Jake Nourse when he deflected the ball into the net. Ben got the second and Hugh got the third. Cian Griffith nearly scored the goal of the decade when he tried an outrageous lob over the keeper which went narrowly wide.
Well done Boys!
Final Score: St. Kilian’s 3, Kings Hospital 1
