The Vorschule children (Senior Infants) in Group A (Ms Byrne) recently learned all about the artist Joan Miró and the way he uses geometric shapes in his paintings. The pupils then had the task of painting a bird based on the story “The crow who was different” in the style of Joan Miró. They did a fantastic job using shapes, colours and their own creativity.
