Seventeen 8th class students have been staying in The Hague for the past few days on an exchange programme with the German International School Den Haag.
While there they have been engaged in a project on the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals Programme. They have worked in groups to do a presentation on which Goal they feel is most pertinent and have also visited the local exhibition on the programme to inspire and assist them with their work. It has been a really fun and informative trip with lots to build on when they come back to Ireland.
The second leg of the exchange will take place in September 2019 when the partner students from The Hague will visit Dublin.
