Congratulations to Emilia Velma from 10th class who won the East of Ireland Open, a senior fencing event, last weekend. Next week she is travelling to the European Fencing Championships in Italy and we wish her the best of luck at this competition.
Back in September 2018 Emilia received a first prize at the Youth 5 Nations in Cardiff and was also competing as part of the Irish team who came 3rd in the women’s and men’s foil fencing.
