Back in April, Frau Niederprüm initiated a competition to encourage students to get creative during lockdown, called Wanted: Witnesses to History. The aim was to ensure that in the years to come we have something to look back on and remember the difficult and extraordinary time of the Corona pandemic in 2020.
We received some fantastic and creative entries, from poems to songs, from drawings to videos and more. Thank you to everyone for contributing and congratulations to the following students who won cinema vouchers for their creative efforts:
Leonardo Canepa, Maria Oreshkina, Myles Kennedy, Bonnie Leahy, Frantiska Dvorakova, Sarah Longo, Sophia Larionova O’Connor, Michael D’Arcy, Liam Ongaro, Kathleen O’Kelly, Madeleine Andrews, Paul Otterbach, Sabrina Handl, Lara McCann, Aoife O’Grady.
Below are all 15 prize winners’ contributions (captions include their classes at the time of submission, i.e. last school year).
