From the 3rd to the 5th of November 2021, St. Kilian’s German School Dublin was hosting the ‘Berufsberatungstage’, a three day event focussing on study and career opportunities in Germany. During the three days, we had Ms Heike Borgmann from the Bundesagentur für Arbeit in our school, who provided valuable information on career training possibilities and on study opportunities. There were 3 talks with the classes 10, 11 and 12 and individual meetings with around 20 students. We also held a parents evening, to which we welcomed the cultural attaché Mr Henneberg and 20 parents. We had three intensive days with interesting take-aways and information that will certainly help our secondary school students with their future plans, if they decide to continue their studies in Germany.
