Dear Parents/ Guardians,
The Parents’ Association is delighted after a two years break to announce the Sommerfest 2022 with magician, face painting, toy fair, BBQ and much more! It will take place on Saturday 18th June from 12.30 – 3.30pm on the grounds of the school. The Sommerfest is always a great event and one of the highlights of the social calendar for the children. We would like to invite all primary school, Kindergarten and Vorschule families to join us.
The entry fee is 3 € per child or 5 € per family which includes unlimited use of all activity games.
All proceeds will go to the PA. Please beware of the fact that it is a cash only event!
Refreshments ranging from Bratwurst, beer (for the adults!), tea/coffee & cakes will be available to purchase (alcohol only per donation). The PA would be very grateful to receive cake donations from parents for this event. If you want to donate a cake, please write an email to ruth.metsch@gmx.de or text Ruth Metsch (089 615 8539) and tell us what kind of cake you will bake and your name, class and phone number.
For health and safety reasons, all of the Sommerfest activities must have adult supervision. Unfortunately, if there is no/insufficient adult supervision, the activity may have to be cancelled. Each class will be assigned an activity and we ask parents to sign up for a 1-hour time slot. Please support the PA efforts by volunteering your time to ensure that all Sommerfest activities can take place. We would be very grateful, if you can sign up your name on the volunteers’ list below

Your children will also have the opportunity, to top-up their pocket money by selling unwanted toys and books at our toy fair. If your child would like to sell some items, you need to sign up for a table on the toy fair list below
