Our 4th Class pupils and their parents started the morning on Tuesday 9th of May, 2023, off with a wonderful parent v child debate on the motion ‘Parents are always right’. The children spoke in favour of the motion and the parents against. It was a most enjoyable debate with excellent points being made by both sides and outstanding arguments delivered by all. The audience decided on the winners – the children – with a very close result a 38 over 37 votes for the motion. Thank you to Mr Mansfield for organising and moderating the debate and to all students and parents who participated. It was great morning enjoyed by all.
