Dear Parents, dear Guardians,
As you have probably already heard, due to Storm Debi there is a severe weather warning in place till 10 a.m. on Monday morning, 13th of November 2023.
Putting safety first and to ensure that both students and staff can travel safely to school, we will only open our doors from 10.30 am. Thus, students should not arrive to the school earlier than that. Lessons will start at 10.50. If you feel that it is not safe for your children to get to school by that time, please let us know via Compass.
No doubt, there will be quite a lot of disruption to traffic – both on the open roads and within the campus, given the deferred opening time, so please bear that in mind. (Of course, staff will try to be en route to school before 10.30, there will not be an opportunity to engage in online teaching and learning.)
