On Wednesday afternoon, 3rd of May 2023, our AILO Linguistics team with Victoria, Eliska, Michael and Nathan travelled to Trinity College Dublin to receive their Award for the best team in this year’s All-Ireland Linguistics Olympiad. With over 1000 students from 49 schools participating, the St. Kilian’s team came 1st in the team group category. Michael, from Class 9D, has also won in the Junior category and was crowned Junior AILO Champion of Ireland. He also achieved overall number 7 in the competition with the 100 best out of over 1000. Congratulations and Well done all! Thank you to Dr Baum-Sheridan for her work and support. We are very proud, such great success for St. Kilian’s.
