For parents of new to the school children and children already in St. Kilian’s who have now reached the age of 6 (or will do so before the end of January 2025), please use this form to register your child with Tusla. You have a legal obligation to do so. When complete, please return this form to Mrs Black. Ensure you include all relevant documentation as otherwise Tusla will not proceed with the registration.
