On Thursday, November 14 the 11th class Politics and Society (PolSoc) students visited Dublin City Hall, where they met with Councillor Jen Cummins for an in-depth conversation on life in Politics, the current elections, where Ms. Cummins is standing as a candidate for TD, and the role of students in society and the public arena. The students had prepared many questions, which led to fascinating exchanges. Students and teachers Herr Weyers and Herr Ringholz are grateful to Councillor Cummins, whose children also attend St. Kilian’s, for making space in her busy election schedule and for such an insightful conversation.
