Last Friday, March 8th, 2024, saw the visit of Barry Andrews, Member of the European Parliament, to St. Kilian’s. The session was attended by TY and some 9th year students. Mr. Andrews spoke passionately about the importance of Europe on issues such as sustainable sourcing of products from overseas, gender equality, and international development. This was followed by a lively discussion with the Parliamentarian facilitated by two TY students, who did a great job in moderating the session. Well done, everyone!
