As we are starting back on the 27th August we have a day’s holiday to take during the year. The school will therefore be closed on Friday December 7th. Please consult the school calendar.
We welcome a new teacher to the German Department – Frau Pia Vlatschil will replace Frau Koβmann as Head of German in the Primary School. Ms. Das Dores and Ms. Gurney will job share in 4A and the resource department. Ms. Abigail James is replacing Frau Luttig who has taken a career break and Ms Downes is replacing Ms. Dobey who has resigned and is taking up an appointment in a National school. Last but not least Frau Catherine McMillan has been appointed as Sek I Coordinator for the Primary School.
A list of all teachers with contact details is available through the parent login on the website and I would like to take this opportunity to invite parents to please register here to access this portal (new registration required for all parents).
There is also a change in personnel in the Administration office. Unfortunately, we said goodbye to Martina Schwab during the summer and interviews are taking place at present.
I look forward to welcoming you all back to school and in particular new pupils and parents to both Kindergarten and Primary School.
St Kilian’s is a caring environment in which we learn, we make friendships, we grow and mature and we strive to be the best and do the best we can.
With good wishes for the new school year
Sarah Finnegan
Head of Primary and Kindergarten
