On Wednesday 13th March the 5th and 6th Class drama group entered the Terenure College Primary Schools’ Drama Competition. Four schools were taking part in total and there was a great variety of shows.
St Kilian’s performed a play called “The Bridge” by Geoff Bamber. It tells the story of Government ministries building a bridge where it is not needed and the ensuing chaos that results.
St Kilian’s won the competition and were thrilled to receive the trophy for the third time. Well done to all students and a huge thank you to Mr. Mansfield for the commitment and enthusiasm he brings to our drama groups from 2nd to 6th class.
